Q: Does the sofa require assembly?
A: It depends on the model. Most of our sofas require minimal assembly, such as attaching the legs. All necessary tools and hardware are included in a sealed package within the back of the sofa. For an additional fee, our White Glove delivery service includes full assembly and placement. The product description will specify the assembly requirements.
3. Delivery
Q: How long will it take to receive my sofa?

Q: What is White Glove delivery?
A: White Glove delivery is a premium service. The delivery team will bring the item into your home, place it in the room of your choice, assemble it (if required), and remove all packaging materials. It is the ultimate in convenience.
Q: Can you deliver to an apartment or upstairs?
A: Yes, our carriers are experienced in delivering to all types of residences, including apartments and homes with stairs. Please ensure you include any relevant access information (like elevator availability or narrow stairwells) in your shipping notes to help us prepare for your delivery. Please note that additional fees may apply for deliveries requiring stairs or long carries, and you will be notified of this before finalizing your order.
4. Returns & Warranty
Q: What if I don't like my sofa when it arrives?
A: We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
Q: Does my sofa come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all our sofas come with a manufacturer's warranty against structural defects (such as frame or spring breakage) for a period of one year from the date of delivery. Q: My sofa arrived damaged. What should I do?
A: We are truly sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair as quickly as possible.
