Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be strictly met:

Time Frame: You must initiate the return or exchange request within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition, exactly as you received it. It must be unused, unassembled (beyond simply attaching legs for inspection), and free from any stains, odors (e.g., smoke, pet hair, perfume), scratches, or other damage. The item must not have been altered in any way.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging. Please do not discard any of the plastic wrapping, cardboard boxes, or corner protectors until you are certain you are keeping the item, as this packaging is required for a safe return shipment.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, and logistical reasons, certain items are exempt from return or exchange. These include:

Custom or special-order items made specifically for you.

Clearance, final sale, "as-is," or floor model items.

Gift cards.

Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear and tear.

Items returned without original packaging or in a condition that is not suitable for resale.
Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Submit a return or exchange request. You will need to provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include clear photographs if the return is due to a perceived defect or damage (see our Damaged Items section below).

Receive Authorization: Do not send the item back on your own. Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address. A return authorization number may be provided; any returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected.

Prepare the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure for transit. If the original packaging has been damaged, you are responsible for providing adequate alternative packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Ship the Item: You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. The exact cost will vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the item. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for change-of-mind returns. The original outbound shipping fee paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions outlined above.

Inspection: This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Approval: If the return is approved, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) used at checkout.

Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Deductions: Please note that the refund amount will be the original purchase price of the item, less the original outbound shipping cost and any applicable return shipping fees deducted from the total.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, fabric, or model, the fastest and most efficient method is to return the original item for a refund as described above. Once the return is processed and the refund is issued, you are welcome to place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures the quickest processing time for your new selection. If you have a specific exchange request you would like to discuss, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for visible damage, or within 14 days for latent defects. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect, as well as the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you. Do not discard the item or the packaging until instructed to do so.
