Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Costs:
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected method.

Standard (Curbside) Delivery: This is our most common method for larger sofas. The item will be delivered to the front door or garage entrance of your residence. The driver will not bring the item inside or assemble it. A signature is typically required.

Room of Choice (White Glove) Delivery: For an additional fee, this premium service includes delivery inside your home, placement in the room of your choice, and basic assembly (such as attaching legs). All packaging materials will be removed.

Small Item Shipping: For smaller items like accent chairs or ottomans, we may use a national parcel carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx). These items will be delivered by a standard courier service.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations at this time.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 5-10 business days after processing.

White Glove Delivery: Typically arranged within 7-14 business days after processing. A carrier representative will contact you to schedule a specific delivery appointment.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the exterior packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Once you have unpacked your item, if you discover any defects or damage, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
